Then you have a corroded or loose cable connections or possibly a defective starter. Another possibility is a defective ignition switch. I am assuming the engine will not turn over.
Check the starter, spark plugs, distributer cap, battery.
Check your ignition system/ plugs wires coil or coil packs.
new battery,altnator,starter,changed all fluids and still not start. but it will turn over.acts like its not getting spark or maybe fuel but i hear the fuel pump kick on but still nothing. and also just replaced the ecm computer module too and still nothing need help asap thanks.

The battery seems to be a problem on this vehicle. A recharge could fix the issue but a new battery may be necessary.
Check under the back seat.
Could be your battery, starter, ignition, check them... would start with the battery !
Check fuses as the battery change should not initiate a "No Start" condition.
Have the cut-out tested and replaced as soon as possible. It's very likely that the problem is located there. It's not expensive to replace it, you can easily do it yourself I think.
