Are all tires the same size, brand, model, inflation pressure, and wear? If not, correct as needed.
Are you in 4WD? Many Jeeps have full time 4WD so it will always be in 4WD.
4WD often causes squeal/squeak in tight turns.
Do you have limited slip? Limited slip may require an additive (posi-juice) to be quiet.
Most likely the front squeaking while turning is a brake issue. If this is the case and it is left uncorrected, you could be looking at a very expensive brake job.
Your rear wheel may be squeaking when turning due to worn out wheel bearings or lack of lubrication. It is important to have it checked by a mechanic to prevent further damage.
Maybe your starter.
