To change the bulb light in the clock of a Mercury Milan, you will need to access the instrument cluster by removing the surrounding panel. Once you have access, locate the bulb that needs to be replaced, twist it counterclockwise to remove it, then replace it with a new bulb by twisting it clockwise until secure. Reassemble the panel and test the new bulb to ensure it is working properly.
