Purchase a Haynes Manual at a parts store that is specific to your car.
There is no such thing as a 1992 IROC Camaro
Assuming you're referring to a 1988 IROC-Z, it could have either a 305 TBI, 305 TPI or a 350 TPI

On a 1986 Camaro IROC Z with a 350 Tune Port Injection engine, the starter motor is located on the passenger side of the engine, near the transmission bell housing. It is mounted to the lower portion of the engine and can be accessed from underneath the vehicle. To replace or service it, you may need to remove any obstructions such as the exhaust or heat shield.
