yes
2 points for red lights
3 points for speeding
YOU DONT PURE AND SIMPLE!
It depends on the locality. Most towns with this system will come after you for the ticket and report it to the DMV if it's not paid. It is better to just pay it, as it does not count for points on your license, at least where I live.
You will still have to pay. Otherwise nothing
I believe it is one year but you have to be "served" within 90 days from the day the photo radar got you.In other words if you get photoed on January 1st and you ignore the "Notice of ticket" you get in the mail the city has 90 days from January 1st to serve you.
Nearly impossible. Radar, contrary to the commercials and ads you might see, is so sophisticated that it's extremely difficult to refute, especially if photos are involved. What you can do is elect to attend traffic school (you can rent a DVD at Blockbuster in most states and do it that way). That way, you'll pay a reduced fine and avoid points on your license. And slow down - get there safely.
yes you do or you could get called to court eventually because they have Files of Who and who did not pay and it could be counted as felony if you dont.
No, you would be charged with perjury or false testimony and then have another court case and if you lose that then you go to jail or get probation.
If you are in the market to buy a new radar detector, a little guarantee would be nice. Radar Geeks.com has that for you. They will pay if you get a ticket while using a product bought from the site.
Just pay the fine and don't be such a leadfoot.
You will be subject to a ticket for using a radar detector in Virginia, in addition to penalties that you might receive for speeding.
Belltronics used to but i think they stop!
You probably got nailed in a speed trap. Similar to red light cameras, speed cameras/traps have built in radar guns in them designed to catch anyone going over the posted limit. If the person is speeding the radar guns trigger a camera to photograph the vehicle. What you will get in the mail is the citation, your photo, and the alleged speed. In otherwirds, you can be mailed a ticket without ever being pulled over.
