Not in any state I know of. That new car you bought Saturday is now a used car and will be worth way less Monday than it was on Saturday when you bought it. The cooling off period or buyer's remorse law only applies to unsolicited sales, and not to a car you went to look at and bought. If the dealer came to your home unannounced without an invitation, and sold you the car, you might be able to get your money back, otherwise your bought it and you own it.
just take it back where you bought it and tell them you can not pay, but have a ride home with you
No, not unless the selling dealer agrees to take it back which is highly unlikely. You bought it and you are stuck with it.

Contact the person you bought the car from. If they agree to take it back, great. If not your are stuck with it. There is no cooling off period on the purchase of an auto. That law only applies to unsolicited purchases.
