1)he will take the car you left if that is the car to be repoed. 2)If you are traveling in the car to be repoed he will wait for you to return and repo it after you get back.
An answer to a civil action means that you have to file an answer to the court within 10 days. Such as that you don't owe the money, the car had already been paid off etc. If you don't file an answer, they will just take a defaul judgment against you, which means they win by default. If you do owe and they repoed the car legally, you really have no answer anyway.
