Yes you can you will need to find a truck with the Fuel Injected 22R and take the wiring harness, intake plenum, throttle body, distributor, vacuum hoses and switches, Computer and any sensors, as well as anything else that is different between the 2 engine compartments. If you decide to do this take your time, strip the carburated engine down to the block and head then slowly and making sure you label where everything goes put the fuel injection parts on. Do the parts one at a time leaving them on the motor from the other truck until you are ready to put it on, this way you can always see exactly where a piece has to go. You will also need to take the electric fuel pump from the EFI truck it is located in the top of the gas tank. Any truck with fuel injected 22R from 85-88 should work, Good luck.
