It should be under the dash between the radio and accelerator. You can change it yourself, but it will have to be programmed by a dealer or mechanic.
To flash the Body Control Module (BCM) on a 1991 Dodge Caravan 3.0, you typically need a compatible scan tool that can communicate with the BCM. Connect the scan tool to the OBD port, turn on the ignition without starting the engine, and follow the tool's prompts to access the BCM functions. Ensure you have the correct firmware or software updates available for the BCM, and proceed with the flashing process as instructed by the scan tool's guidelines. Always disconnect the battery before starting and reconnect it afterward to reset the system.
To reset the Body Control Module (BCM) on a 2002 Pontiac Aztek, first disconnect the negative battery cable and wait for about 10-15 minutes to allow any residual power to drain. Reconnect the battery cable, ensuring a tight connection. You may also need to use a scan tool to clear any diagnostic trouble codes and reprogram the BCM settings if necessary. Always consult the vehicle's service manual for specific procedures related to your model.
It does not have a BCM.
According to the 3 different Hyundai dealerships there is not a turn signal relay on a 2003 tiburon. But it is actually located inside the BCM, if you can trust your self with opening the bcm you can change it yourself. Also if you call the dealer they will tell you that the only solution is to replace the BCM but they are full of it, they say that because it a new unit cost $1100+!
Install a new BCM. The BCM may or may not allow the car to start before you enable the anti-theft by setting a passlock value. If it doesn't you might have to choose between allowing the anti-theft to work normally and having a car that runs.
BCM's parent company is Taylor.
