It does not matter on the rods. When torquing the main caps you need to start in the center and snug all the bolts down alittle bit at a time moving from center cap to the next one beside it towards the rear of the engine a then the other one beside it towards the front of the engine moving back and fourth until all the main cap bolts are snugged down. Then TORQUE them all down the same way you did the first time. Just remember to rotate the crankshaft every time you tighten a rod cap bolt are a main cap bolt to make sure nothing locks the engine up/ stops it from rotating.
