I got it. I decided to disassemble the pump and found that I had replaced the pump gear assembly cause it was broken. What I failed to do was inspect the two pump pieces. When the previous gear assembly broke, the broken pieces made a half inch wide and a quarter inch deep groove on one side of the pump and was loosing line pressure. For those of you replacing broken pump gears, be sure to inspect complete assembly before installing it. Smart1es
