Disconnect the negative battery terminal. Under the hood is the relay/fuse box. (On the right if you're looking under the hood.) Take the top off and you'll see the fuse up front with two battery cables held by 10mm bolts. Take them off. When you do you'll see a nice sized plastic tab running down between where you took off the battery cables. It's taped to the wiring harness. Use a screwdriver to cut the tape off the tab. Then you can push on four obvious tabs to pull the whole fuse/relay box out. Once you do you'll see one of the two 10mm bolts on the bottom that hold the fuse in.One you can get a socket on,the other requires patience with a box wrench. It snaps back together, put the terminals back on and you're good.
