To change the steering wheel on an Acura, first disconnect the battery to prevent airbag deployment. Remove the airbag by carefully prying off the clips or screws at the back of the steering wheel, then disconnect the airbag connector. Next, use a steering wheel puller to remove the old wheel by loosening the central bolt, and then align and attach the new steering wheel in the reverse order, ensuring all connections are secure. Finally, reconnect the battery and test the airbag system before driving.
