Question #1) Nothing lasts forever. Is the fan belt ready for replacement? If not: make sure that the belt is being held tightly enough by checking the tensioner pulley for proper tension and adjust it more tightly against the belt if necessary. If that doesn't work - then check the alinement of the various driven pulleys the belt contacts (i.e.: alternator - water pump - air conditioner) to make sure that they are all, more-or-less, in line. Questions #2) Is it possible that it is not the fanbelt that is squeeking? Is it possible that the bearings on one of the 'driven' accessories are going bad and what you are actually hearing is bearing squeek? Good luck.
