To rebuild a GM TBI (Throttle Body Injector), first, remove the injector assembly from the vehicle by disconnecting the fuel lines and electrical connectors. Disassemble the injector by carefully removing the cover, springs, and nozzles, and clean all components with a suitable solvent. Replace any worn or damaged parts, such as O-rings and filters, and reassemble the injector, ensuring all components are seated correctly. Finally, reinstall the injector assembly in your vehicle and perform a fuel system pressure test to check for leaks.
