To rebuild a GM TBI (Throttle Body Injector), first, remove the injector assembly from the vehicle by disconnecting the fuel lines and electrical connectors. Disassemble the injector by carefully removing the cover, springs, and nozzles, and clean all components with a suitable solvent. Replace any worn or damaged parts, such as O-rings and filters, and reassemble the injector, ensuring all components are seated correctly. Finally, reinstall the injector assembly in your vehicle and perform a fuel system pressure test to check for leaks.

1992 Chevy 350 - Why no fuel past tbi?

if there is fuel to the throttle body injector then test the injector itself. is there a pulse from the computer? use a noid light to see pulse. if so does the injector has high resistance? (resistance can be looked up on-line or at your local auto parts store) resistance is the amount of amperage electricity needs to go through something. that's why corrosion on the battery can cause it to fail or the alternator to fail. if all these tests fail, inspect for blockage between the injector and inlet to the TBI unit.
