To remove the headlight housing (question is kind of vague, I have to assume this is what is being asked):
Open hood & remove center grill.
There are two bolts on each headlight housing on the inside, you will find them just behind where the grill was.
Remove the two on the headlight housing you are trying to remove.
Remove side marker light on the side you are removing the headlight from.
You will find two nuts holding the headlight housing to the frame, remove them.
Housing is now unbolted and can be slid out/off of the car.
Nissan 240sx
Remove battery, remove horn, remove wire, twist bulb counter-clockwise to remove.
Yes they will, no modification needed.
That would depend upon your make and model. I know on my Nissan 240sx to actually disassemble the headlight itself, you have to remove the glue attaching the glass to the backing of the headlight. This is usually done by heating it up in some sort of oven. If your just looking to change a bulb, Google your make and model and you should find sufficient results.

Where is the sensor for the headlight of a 1996 GrandAM SE
You can remove the headlight by removing the retaining screws. Remove the headlight wiring. The headlight should easily come out.
Open the bonnet. Remove the grill. Remove the screws holding the headlight in. Carefully pull the headlight out. Remove the cap on the rear of the headlight.
