The main reason for a light bulb to stop working is usually a burnt-out filament. When the filament inside the bulb breaks, it interrupts the flow of electricity needed to produce light. Other factors such as a faulty socket, wiring issues, or a blown fuse can also cause a light bulb to stop working.
The main effect is the production of light.

it is impossible. If the bulb blows you have to scrap the car sorry.
The three main parts of a light bulb are the filament (or light-emitting element), the bulb envelope, and the base. The filament, often made of tungsten, produces light when an electric current passes through it. The bulb envelope, typically made of glass, contains the filament and protects it, while also preventing oxygen from entering. The base connects the bulb to the light fixture and provides electrical contact.
