To replace the windscreen motor arm on a Renault Scenic, first, disconnect the vehicle's battery to ensure safety. Remove the wiper arms by loosening the retaining nuts and gently pulling them off the splines. Next, access the windscreen motor by removing the necessary panels or covers, then disconnect the motor from its mount and wiring. Install the new motor arm by reversing the disassembly steps, ensuring everything is securely fastened before reconnecting the battery and testing the wipers.
with great difficulty and cussing. Renault are the worst vehicles ever made...... with citroen, peugeot and traubant.
broken heater motor but where is heater motor inside from?
The starter motor is situated towards the back of the engine if your facing it.
To change the starter motor on a Renault Scenic 1.9 dCi, first disconnect the negative battery terminal and lift the vehicle securely. Remove any necessary components obstructing access to the starter motor, such as the air intake or engine cover. Unbolt the starter motor from its mounting, disconnect the electrical connections, and replace it with the new unit. Finally, reassemble any removed components and reconnect the battery before testing the new starter.
it could either be a fuse a relay or the wiper motor may have broken/worn out. s autos
i have a 54 model and it is behind the non opening sunroof, nearly as far back as it can go.
If its a Grand Scenic the fuse is in that contraption under the bonnet (NOT the glove compartment). Renault wanted to charge £40 just for the diagnostic and were already guessing it was a £200 new motor, and a couple of other places were convinced it was a glove box fuse, find a friendly garage they'll fit a new fuse for £15, worth it because it is very fiddley andd you need the fingers of a surgeon. the Grand Scenic is the perfect vehicle for making Renault money for lots of little electrical faults, getting from A to B is more of a challenge
It is located at the backside of the motor block. You will need to a mirror to see it less to remove the engine.
under the exhaust. Silly answer above, it's not. It will be at the back of the engine compartment close to the wipers.

The windshield wiper relay switch can be found in the engine compartment on the firewall. The relay switch will be next to the windshield wiper motor.
Faulty switch, faulty wiring, blown fuse, burnt out motor are some of the reasons it may not be working.
