You can reset it it but code would just come back if it's not fixed. That's usually a wire in the maf (mass air flow sensor) it determines outside incoming air temp and adjusts fuel mixture to compensate. With trouble in that circuit, you are probably in limp mode which is default if computer can't determine where mixture should be-not a good idea to run this way for too long-your mileage will be lousy and you will kill your convertor(s) Check the wiring for any issues where maf plugs in, you could try cleaning it (maf-info online)and seeing if that clears the issue or you may need a new maf. They can be tested but it is hard even for a tech without an advanced scanner
