To remove the window switch from the console of a 2003 Lincoln Aviator, first, ensure the vehicle is off and disconnect the battery for safety. Use a flathead screwdriver or a trim removal tool to gently pry off the bezel surrounding the switch. Once the bezel is removed, you can access the switch itself, which is typically secured with clips or screws; carefully detach it from the console. There is a switch that allows you to open and close the Lincoln Navigator rear side windows. The switch is located on the overhead console.

Your switch could be worn out you would have to replace the rocker to the switch or replace the whole window switch console.
The window fuse for the Lincoln Aviator will be located in the engine compartment fuse box. These fuses are rated at 15 amps, and the stock fuse box cover will have a diagram placed on it labeling each fuse.

The 2005 Chrysler 300 rear window defrost relay switch can be found beneath the drivers side dashboard. The rear window defrost relay switch will be near the center console.
First, check to see if you hear anything when you try the window switch, if nothing and the other window works probably the window switch. Could also be the motor but try the switch first, it's a lot cheaper.
Probably a short in the switch needs to be changed.

Pop out the switch panel and remove the two screws disconnect the wiring and reinstall the new switch
First take off 4 screws at the bottom of the center console 2 on the driver side and 2 on the passenger side, by now the center console should be loose slide it a bit backward and take the shifter cable off the Floor sifter assembly, then take of the main window switches off, on the shifter assembly there is 4 bolts take them off and you are done.
