If you want to drive across Alaska, look at a map. The few highways that exist do not span the state. One can drive the southern areas and into the interior, but north of Fairbanks the roads are unimproved and are open seasonal.
That is a distance of about 300 miles, depending upon weather conditions it would take about 5 hours.
about 6 days, based on it took me four days to get from Tok, Alaska to Minneapolis via the Alcan Hwy and I've done Atlanta to Minneapolis in 2 days. I drive 10-16 hours per day.
To Drive from Fairbanks, Alaska to Miami, Florida would take 66 hours non-stop and would need to take a toll route. If you were to walk for some reason, it would take you over 55 days.

The best way to see Alaska is to map out where you want to go, fly into Anchorage or Fairbanks, rent a car, and drive around the state. If you take a cruise, you won't see much. If you drive, you can see some beautiful sites, like Thompson Pass and the Keystone Canyon on the drive to Valdez, and Mt. McKinley.
You cannot drive there. From Fairbanks, you can drive north to Point Barrow, but at Point Barrow you would be stopped by the Arctic Ocean. Even if you had a Snow Cat vehicle with treads that was capable of crossing the ice, you would run into pressure ridges in the ice that could not be crossed by a vehicle. You would likely run out of fuel after only a few hundred miles.
