The consumerguideauto.howstuffworks.com (used car section) says 27 gallons, as does a 1993 Chevy Astro Van owner's manual (this class of vans are all the same). I have owned 3 of them and the gas guage typically shows totally empty when there is a couple of gallons still in the tank, therefore I have never been able to pump a full 27 gals. of gas into it at the pump, but can only assume that it would hold it if run completely out.
