620 to 645 miles depending on the route. The longer route (via US50/OH125/OH32/US35/I64) is generally faster than the shorter route (via I471/US27/AA Highway/I64), but not by much given favorable traffic conditions. This distance is based from downtown Cincinnati to the center of the city of Virginia Beach, VA. From the northern suburbs the fastest route is I71/US35/I64.
Well, what part of VA, and are you going straight to CO? If you were taking I64 out of Virginia, you'd go through West Virginia, Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, Missouri (I64 ends near St. Louis, at which point, you'd take I70), and then Kansas.

East. Take I70 out of Colorado, take I64 at the split just past St. Louis, and it'll run you right into West Virginia.
Well, without knowing where exactly in Colorado you're coming from and where in West Virginia you're going to, it's hard to be specific. Living in Colorado Springs, if I were going to West Virginia, I'd run US24 to Limon then get on I70 eastbound. I'd run I70 to Indianapolis. From there... depends where in WV I was going. I could take I65 south then run I64 east into West Virginia, I could take I74 east from Indianapolis to Cinicinnatti then take I275 around to the AA Highway (KY9), which I'd take to I64, then take I64 east into West Virginia, or I could stay on I70 into Ohio until I got to US35 south, then take that into West Virginia. It would be a little easier to pinpoint a specific route if we knew where exactly your origin and destination were.
