There is really no specific amount because when you drain the system for repair work it never all drains out there is always some left in the engine. That being said your best bet is to make sure your coolant is diluted 50% antifreeze 50% water and begin to pour it into your radiator until it is full. then start your vehicle and let it run until it reaches its normal operating temperature and the thermostat opens at this time the water level should drop some. Once this happens refill your radiator fill coolant resivoir and your done. Just a side note leave the radiator cap off of the engine while you allow it to warm up this will save burned hands later on when u go to fill it.
