The cost to replace valve guides on an Echo blower can vary depending on the model and labor rates in your area. Typically, parts can range from $5 to $20 each, while labor costs may add an additional $50 to $100 or more. It's best to consult a local repair shop for an accurate estimate based on your specific blower model and any additional repairs needed.

If the AC stopped blowing air on your 2003 Toyota Echo, the blower fuse could be to blame. If the fuse is fine, it might be the blower resistor that needs to be replaced.
To replace the air intake valve on a 2003 Toyota Echo, first disconnect the negative battery terminal for safety. Remove any components obstructing access to the air intake valve, such as the air intake duct and possibly the throttle body. Unscrew the old valve from its mounting, clean the area, and install the new valve by reversing the removal process. Finally, reconnect the battery and check for any leaks or issues before starting the engine.

Which motor? If you are talking about the main engine, it can go more than 400,000 miles if properly maintained. There is no reason to replace it unless it is having problems. If you are asking about the blower motor, it also has no specific replacement interval but could fail. Replace as needed.
