If you're talking about the regular street-legal variety, such as the H2 and H3, those are considered "full size SUVs" and are priced in that category. They're basically Chevy Tahoes with a different body on them. The H3 is, in fact, the cheapest and most fuel-efficient vehicle in its size class (competitors include the Jeep Commander).

If you're talking about the first generation Hummer made by AMC (that's based on the military version), that's probably considered an exotic and finding a place that rents them could be tricky.
