An SR20 engine equipped with a GT28 turbo can typically produce between 250 to 400 horsepower, depending on factors such as engine condition, tuning, supporting modifications, and boost levels. With proper tuning and additional upgrades like a fuel system and intercooler, some setups can even exceed 400 hp. It's essential to ensure that the engine internals can handle the increased power to maintain reliability.

i believe N/a model is 160 hp, an Turbo model is close to 200 hp
Wow depends on the turbo setup and how they are tuned, Typicaly twins are for a 600+ hp truck, I know of a couple at about 1200 hp but some lose power, and most of then lose driveability.
The horsepower is engine specific, without the engine code VTEC is all of the turbo lag without the turbo =)
