Depends on what the shop's hourly fee is. It won't be cheap in any circumstance.
The cam comes out the front of the engine. It is behind the timing gear, the timing chain cover, the water pump, all the accessories like alternator , ac compressor, Power Steering pump, the belt(s), the radiator, the ac condenser, and the trucks grille.
Then there's the top of the engine. the intake manifold, all the injection components, linkage, and everything covering the intake.
after all of that is off, you have to align bore the block, and then fit new bearings for the cam before you can install the new cam. Since you have a new cam, you need new lifters for that cam as well plus gaskets.
Now, you have to put it all back together. since you have it apart, a new timing chain, and gears would be smart (and possibly required by the shop) plus a new water pump and belt(s)
At the bare minimum you're looking at 10-15 hours shop time plus parts.
