I have a problem with AM128906 on GX345 i have to tap it some time to get the engine to start?
I had the same problem and the fix was a $15 part replacement. Replace the AM128906 and your problem will be solved. I took the old one apart and it has an ic module and a capacitor.
Different person, but I've had the same problem. I've found that by pushing or pulling the red wire I can make it run/cut off. Do you happen to have any details on the IC and cap? This is the 2nd one I've had to replace, so I was thinking maybe I'll head down to Radio Shack and get some components that won't burn out.
