When I hear about a Title for a vehicle I think either clean or salvaged. I've personally never heard anyone use the term "Regular" for describing the title.
Also someone could be meaning that they have the "regular title" for the car, which would mean they have the paperwork for it, which ON THAT paperwork it would show whether the vehicle is clean or salvaged.
yes

Same places as a car with a regular title, your car will just appraise for less or be denied after inspection.
When an automobile is issued a salvage title, the automobile can never get a clean title. The salvage title will always remain with the vehicle.
It is supposed to moisturize and deep clean better than regular shampoo. Although I believe that most shampoos are about the same. They all do about the same job in my eyes.
Can I get a clean title from a repaired salvage titile in NH?
yes
Same uniforms as the regular British Army. The only difference was the shoulder title that read "HOMEGUARD"
Nope, not legally. A salvage title is issued to protect future consumers since salvage cars can be rebuilt and sold as clean titled used cars (an unethical no no!) even though they are worth 40% less!
