It comes as a bearing and hub assembly.

Remove the rear wheel.

Remove the rear brake drum - may require a rap with a hammer to free up.

Remove the hub nut (1 3/16" or 1 1/4")

Hub assembly should slide off the axle.

Everything went well and it only took me about 30 minutes.
