Airbags are only covered by the vehicle warranty. They are not covered for the lif of the vehicle, unless you continue to buy extended warranties.
In order to reset the airbag light on a Renault Megane, you will need to take your vehicle into an auto body shop. You cannot reset it yourself.

Take it to the Nissan Dealer..... or you can have it scanned at a local auto parts store... soem of them can tell you right away what the code is, sometimes they can give you the code and you can input it on google and search to find out why you have an airbag light in the first place... I would recommend taking it to the dealership though as if it is a serious enough issue it can cause your airbags to go off on their own one day...
You will have to repair the problem causing the light to flash. Many auto parts stores can read the computer for the error and will often do this for free.
yes take it to a well known parts store like advance auto parts they use a a small hand held computer to reset the warning light

Take your car to checker auto parts, they have a new diagnostic system that you plug in and can cancle out any warning lights. The best part is that it is free.
The theft of the auto itself would be covered by your auto policy. Damage to your structure caused by burglars would be covered by your homeowner's policy.
