If your 1999 Ford Expedition has turn signals that do not work but hazard lights that do work, it is likely that you have a fuse that is blown. You might also have a wiring issue including exposed wiring.
Is the hazard lights button not on top of the steering column ? The switch for the hazard lights on my 1995 Ford Explorer is part of the multi functin switch ( turn signals etc. )
Probably a faulty multifunction/stalk switch.
Defective Flasher Relay.
Doesn't have hazard lights.
Defective Flasher Relay, replace it. One relay operates the Hazard Lights and the other operates the turn signals. Be sure and replace the correct one.Defective Flasher Relay, replace it. Hazard and turn signals usually use separate flashers, switch the flashers to see if turn signals work and hazards don't, if so replace the flasher you need to replace the blinker flasher unit it is different from the hazard unit they cost about 4 bucks the flasher unit is the big round thing in the fuse panel in the dashboard
There aren't any. Hazard lights were not required by law until many years later than 1965.
No. There is no fuse that you can pull if your 2011 Ford edge hazard lights keeps coming on but you can touch the little red triangle which is the hazard button and it goes off or disconnect the battery.
check the front flasher
The lights are the same and they are controlled by the same flasher relay located on the drivers side behind the dash, drivers side of steering column, mounted above the fuse panel.
To turn off the hazard lights on a 2016 Ford Focus, locate the hazard light switch, which is typically found on the center console, marked by a triangle symbol. Press the switch once, and the indicator lights on the dashboard should turn off, along with the exterior hazard lights. If the lights do not turn off, ensure that the vehicle is in the "On" or "Run" position while pressing the switch.
