I'm assuming you are talking about rocker arm studs. The only problem with them as opposed to screw in studs is they can pull out of the head when high pressure valve springs are used (to accommodate high lift camshafts.)
You could press in a new, oversize stud, cross drill and pin the stud, or have the head machined for screw-in studs.

If by stud you mean wheel stud you have to remove the bearing and have a shop take it out or rent a press and press it out yourself because wheel studs are pressed onto the wheel bearing.

Drive out the old one with a drift and a hammer and press in a new one. You can buy a new wheel stud at most auto supply stores.
