The brakes can squeak, the suspension can squeak, the steering can squeak, the wheel hub/bearings can squeak, have a trusted mechanic determine the source of the squeak.
The top control arm bushings are likely candidates.
We changed both and the binding squeak stopped.
Check the shocks first they will squeak pretty bad when going out ( dried out seals ). Bushings will squeak but they would have to be pretty bad to do it when just pushing on the front end.

When was the last time you had the suspension lubed? Did someone swap in some urethane bushings? They tend to squeak .
