2 hours and 30 minutes.......
To clean the inside of a Showtime rotisserie oven, first unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely. Remove the drip tray and any removable parts, such as the rotisserie spit and supports, and wash them in warm, soapy water. Wipe the interior with a damp cloth or sponge, using a mild cleaner if necessary to remove grease or food residue. Rinse and dry all parts thoroughly before reassembling the oven.
Approx 1 hour and 20 minutes; including "no heat" rotation before carving. In a "Showtime" type rotisserie, it takes the oven about 2 minutes to come up to cooking temp, then roast for 15 minutes per pound. Meat thermomoter in meaty part (away from bone) should read an internal temp of 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Rotate without heat for 5-10 minutes before removing to carve. Ronco's time charts are in the owner's manual which can be viewed at http://www.ronco.com/rco_manuals2.aspx Scroll down that page on that website to see the time chart.
