Either a leaking heater core or a plugged A/C evaporater drain. You can smell the fluid to determine what it is. A/C condensation smells like water/moldy water, coolant doesn't smell like water.

The oil filter on a 1999 Mercedes-Benz ML320 is located on the engine block, typically on the driver's side, near the oil pan. To access it, you may need to remove any protective covers or components obstructing your view. It’s advisable to use an oil filter wrench for removal and to ensure the new filter is properly installed to prevent leaks.
To fix a power steering fluid leak on a 2000 Mercedes ML320, first identify the source of the leak, which could be from the power steering pump, hoses, or the steering rack. You can replace any damaged hoses or seals and tighten any loose connections. If the power steering pump is faulty, it may need to be replaced. After repairs, refill the power steering fluid to the appropriate level and check for any further leaks.
Is it just water or is there coolent in it. If it's just water than it could be condensation from your A/C. If it has coolent in it than your heater core has a leak in it
a hole in the radiator
There is a drain line for the sun roof that travels through the roof pillar and connects to a 90 degree elbow fitting on the driver's side behind the panel that covers the parking brake, (very difficult to see), and on the passanger side behind the panel for the fuse box. This drain line seems to shrink over time and pulls out of the 90 degree elbow. Drivers's side takes about 60 min to reconnect because of the parking brake and needing to remove the hood release. Passanger side is much easier.
condensation corrosion
it is located on the drivers side front of the engine. it has a black coveron it. you will have to move the engine cover to accessit. if you are loosing fluid or the pump is loud this may be caused by a bad lower p/s hose. that is located on the drivers side on the raddiator support. you will see 2 hoses there the top one goes into the pump reservior, the lower one usually leaks. if this is the case you can take it to the dealer it will be repaired under warranty. i work for the dealer.
