Check the idle, if its fluctuating or falling than nomal. Usually, low idle causes stalling when coming into stops. Low idle, usually is due to dirty throttle, a leak in the vac hose, or a damaged MAF or IAC motor.
Look and listen for a vacumn leak under the hood.
low idle and uneven idle
I have found that replacing the PCV valve AND chasing down any exhaust manifold leaks usually does the trick.

What causes a car to idle good and run rough when you give it gas?
check the servo. it might be wet or loosely connected
the choke is on
Fluctuating idle on a 1992 Lexus LS400 can be caused by several factors, including a vacuum leak, which disrupts the air-fuel mixture, or a malfunctioning idle air control valve (IAC), affecting engine idle speed. Additionally, dirty fuel injectors or a clogged air filter can impede airflow and fuel delivery, leading to instability. Faulty sensors, such as the throttle position sensor (TPS) or mass airflow sensor (MAF), may also contribute to erratic idle behavior. Regular maintenance and diagnostic checks can help identify and resolve these issues.
Fast idle motor is not working. This is allowing the idle to fall below the threshold of what it should be when the A/C is on.
That's just a typical GM oil gauge.
