Probably resistors failing for the variable speed control; search "Blower Motor Resistor" for replacement info (it is easy). The SCR's sound like a banshee when they are failing.
The heater motor is failing.
The blower motor may be failing or there could be debris caught in the fan.
A loose belt. Most likely the alternator belt, if it doesn't squeal when you make a sharp turn.

Hopefully, all you need is to add some power steering fluid. The cooler temperature at night can make the fluid you have compress and accentuate its lack, and a squeal occurs when more fluid is needed.
