A solid yellow line next to a broken yellow line means that vehicles next to the broken line may pass.
The yellow lines define the road as two way, traffic opposing each other. The side of the road with the solid yellow line facing it is a no-passing zone, while the opposite side of the road, with the intermittent line facing it, passing is permitted.
Continuous. Discrete variables are only expressed as integer values, whereas continuous is, as its name suggests, continuous.
A broken line is a line made up of dashes or dots instead of being continuous. In graphical representations, broken lines are used to show relationships or trends that are not continuous or to represent data points that are not connected in a straight line.
you use a broken line graph usually for showing continuous data (data with growth over time)
Easy to compare multiple continuous data sets
A broken line graph shows information by plotting points of information on the graph and are connected with a line. This is used to show continuous data.
a continuous line graph is a graph that is similar to a broken line graph but it always grows higher and higher it never goes down. e.g. age

It is broken. Continuous glow plugs are for emergency generators in freezing climates. On all other engines, the glow plug is not continuous. It would serve no purpose. The continuous glow plug does not offer any benefit once the engine is running.
The first position of the wiper stalk on my 306, is the 'intermittent' or auto position. The second is continuous slow, and the top position is continuous fast. If these do not work, then the stalk is broken!
Broken steel is already in the regular fallout3 except for Mothership Zeta, The Pitt, Point lookout, and Operation Anchorage.
A broken line on a graph typically represents a discontinuity or missing data points. It can also indicate that the data points may not be continuous or that there is a gap in the data being presented.
If it is a cable-type speedo it may be loose. Follow it from the firewall to the transaxle and tighten if possible. Other wise it may be broken. If it is electronic locate the sensor on the transaxle and check for tightness and clean if necessary. May need replaced altogether though. The ECU may also be at fault.
