After digging around I am learning that this is a fairly common issue with this model. Some have report success with bypassing the remote and go through the reset option using the arrow keys on the unit itself. Some have said that the up arrow worked and others have said the right arrow did the trick despite what the manual said. I'm not wanting to send you on a wild goose chase, but perhaps your unit is an updated model or firmware from when the manual was published. I'd try using both methods from the arrows on the projector itself as some final attempts.
No. A triangle has 3 sides, and a parallelogram has 4 sides. No kind of triangle can be a parallelogram, and no kind of parallelogram can be a triangle. The question is a lot like asking: Can this particular model of Toyota be a Ford ?
The term "fire triangle", or combustion triangle, refers to the inherent principles in the methodology of making a fire. The "fire triangle" is a model for understanding the resources and methods needed to make a fire.
Thinking that you left out some of your text in the question I'm going to say it's your emergency flasher or hazard light button. Especially on imports these will be buttons mounted mid dash with a triangle and the image of an illuminated light bulb inside the triangle. If you can state the make and model of the vehicle and specifics such as if it is on a button, sticker or so on that would help.
A green one? Maybe, but I had hoped that people would grasp the concept that I had said "type" as in the model. Not to be confused with "color"
