A popular engine swap for a 1993 Nissan Pathfinder is the Nissan VG33E, a 3.3L V6, which is a direct replacement and offers improved performance. Another option is the Nissan VQ35DE, a 3.5L V6 from newer Nissan models, providing more power and efficiency, though it may require additional modifications for fitment. Additionally, some enthusiasts opt for the Chevrolet LS engine series for a high-performance alternative, but this swap involves significant custom work. Always ensure compatibility with the vehicle’s transmission and electronics when considering an engine swap.
I am in Nevada and the law here is that to swap an engine, say for your 1993 you can swap any engine in as long as it is a (same model year or newer) 1993 or newer engine. hope this helps

The body of the 1993 Pathfinder is very different from the 1997 Pathfinder (assuming you're talking about a US Spec Pathfinder). So I'm afraid the answer is no.
to answer your question is has endless possibiltys but i would say the best is h22a prelude engine
I replaced the motor in my 1993 G20 with a motor from a Nissan Sentra from Japan.
The quick answer is no. Off the top of my head the reason is this. The bolt pattern from the Pathfinder is probably not the same as the Suburban. And the tires on the Pathfinder are probably not rate high enough to carry the weight of the suburban safely.
The 2005 Nissan Pathfinder has a V6 engine.
The 2003 Nissan Pathfinder has a V6 engine.
The flasher for a 1993 Pathfinder is under the dash. It is beside the steering column, under the plastic cover.
