As long as your teenager was properly insured and he was not involved in the commission of a crime at the time of the accident, nothing should happen to your teenagers driver license.
Then you're considered to be at fault, the logic being that you shouldn't have been there to get into an accident.
your still in trouble since you dont have a License,if you have a mean judge,
If both drivers have no insurance and do not file a police report, each driver is responsible for repairing the damage to his/her own vehicle.
Yes. How many points depends on the state in which you live and the EXACT charge against you.
Vehicles are insured not drivers. If you are qualified and authorized to operate an auto the insurance on it will pay for it and any damage done by it.
Your insurance won't pay for any damage or injury to persons or vehicle. (unless they were driving legally with a drivers permit)
Well, it depends on where you live and what the laws are in that specific region. in canada, that perosn would probably go to jail.
My plan was denied and it was not my fault it was the other drivers fault because police and show up to make a police report it is really his mind
They get together and see how they can get both of you to take less money so they keep more. Definately get attorney to make sure they play right!
If they don't have a licence they won't have valid insurance. Your own insurance company will advise; in the UK there is a pool to cover this, but it'll be different elsewhere.
first of all it is very dangerous to others to drive and you can get the learning license for your friend but you should help the man who got hurts
So I was in an accident that was my fault and it involved two other cars. One car was a taxi so their accident investigator came to the scene as well as the police. I was asked what happened by the police and I answered him and gave him my info, he asked the other two drivers as well. I received a ticket and was allowed to leave but I never gave the other two drivers my info. What happens now? Do I contact my insurance company? Are the other two drivers going to contact them, if so how? I'm very confused as to what to do. The cab company did give me there info so I have that but that's all. Any answers?
