Oldsmobile used 307s in those days, not 305s - the 307 had 140 hp
the 1986 Chevy truck 305 HO produced 180 hp

The base 305 4bbl had 170, the H.O. 305 had 190 and the 305 TPI had 215
either 160 or 165 horse.
The 305 "HO" was actually dropped after 1986. In '87, the base 305 TBI was rated at 170 hp, the 305 TPI was rated at 215 hp.

Depends on whether it's a 305 or 350...
That would be an LE9 engine. Those were rated at 210 horsepower and 250 lbs/ft. of torque at 2000 RPMs.
