Bank 1 Sensor 2 is the sensor AFTER the catalytic converter.
Causes could be,A faulty O2 sensor,
Exhaust leak near the sensor,
Damaged catalytic converter,
Damaged wiring to O2 sensor,
Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Circuit Low Voltage Bank 1, Sencor 2
PO137 (Sensor Circuit low voltage Bank 1 Sensor 2) This is the O2 sensor behind the Catalytic Converter on the #1 spark plug side. Check the wiring on that sensor before proceeding. More than likely replacing that sensor will solve the problem especially if you have over 75,000 miles on the vehicle. But there is no guarantee that will fix it.

Same bank as cylinder # 1 and rearmost sensor behind converter (downstream)
po137 is o2 sensor circuit low volts (bank 1 sensor 2) in English means o2 sensor is not seeing the right temperature thru the catalytic converter. problem could be the o2 sensor itself, but more than likely it is the catylitic converter showing age. try replacing the o2 sensor first, remember there is 2 of them, one before the cat and one after the cat. so double your pleasure double your fun, rule is if one o2 is going bad ... then try a new cat.
The sensor is left bank 1/1 is ft and 1/2 is the rear NEW ANSWER: Bank 1 is the drivers side of the engine. Sensor 2 will be the second sensor in the exhaust pipe on that side of the engine. Start were the exhaust pipe bolts to the engine and work your way down the pipe until you see the second sensor and that will be the 1 you need.
Sounds like a clooged filter or a weak fuel pump. Replace the Fuel Filter. Install a fuel pressure gauge on the fuel rail and check it under load. If the pressure drops even a little the fuel pump is bad.
