Need to know what model year and what engine in order to answer this. The F150 name has been in use since 1975, and the mounts for a 1975 with a straight six are going to be different from a 2014 with a V8.
YES!
yes ,but the motor mounts are probably different
I am not a Ford man but motor mounts for a 351W engine may be what you want.
The 1997 Ford Taurus has for motor mounts and to transmission mounts. Worn motor mounts and transmission mounts will allow the engine and transmission to have movement.
directions to change the motor mounts?

Carefully place a jack with a block of wood under the motor, loosen mounts from motor, jack motor up just enough to remove old mounts, replace mounts, lower motor onto new mounts, tighten motor to mounts. Make sure there aren't any hoses, wires, lines, etc. that may tear while lifting the motor.

Any four liter engine should work in your 1994 Ford Ranger cup truck. The Ford four liter engine may need the motor mounts to be changed.
