1. Take I-35 SOUTH through Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri and Kansas [down the Kansas Turnpike (toll)], to the Kilpatrick Turnpike (toll) at EXIT 138B in Oklahoma outside of Oklahoma City. On this stretch, you will bypass Kansas City by taking I-435 SOUTH (EXIT 12A off I-35 in Missouri and then EXIT 83 off I-435 in Kansas to get back onto I-35 SOUTH).
2. Take the Kilpatrick Turnpike (toll) around Oklahoma City to I-40 WEST to YUKON and AMARILLO near where the Kilpatrick Turnpike (toll) ENDS.
3. Take I-40 WEST through Oklahoma, Texas and New Mexico to I-17 SOUTH to Phoenix at EXIT 195 in Arizona near Flagstaff.
4. Take I-17 SOUTH to Phoenix.
