Bleed it out
You have to remove the spring clip from the solenoid valve on the air bag and turn it left, which will bleed the air out of that air bag you have to do this to each air bag individualy.
To bleed the air out of a 94 Grand Am, remove radiator cap and place a pan under the pipe. Turn the nut counterclockwise about one quarter turn with the use of a hex wrench. This will bleed the air out.
