It depends on the SEER of the unit. Higher SEER units have higher low side pressures. It also depends on the temperature of the inside of the dwelling unit. The higher the space temperature, the higher the evaporating temperature, higher pressure. Normally, a 10 SEER unit will run in the ballpark of 70 PSIG.
You can find the air conditioning low pressure charging port on top of the air conditioning compressor. The low pressure port will be on the right hand side of the air conditioning compressor.
