Hi I have a 1994 dodge ram 2500 v10 auto. I get aroung 16 mpg combined city and highway. It isn't as bad as it may seem. It is an awesome truck and I can tow anything.
A 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 Pickup needs a CI4+ oil, since all the 2003 to 2007 models come with EGR.
12-20, depends on the year, and how hard it is driven.
